It's a beautiful day in our neighborhood and just in case you're all worried about inaction in JBug's Kitchen, our kitchen and great room are being painted over the next few days by the oh so very talented Mark Mugnai from M2 Painting; consequently, there really won't be much cooking going on.
You're looking at last night's dinner - salmon salad made from the leftovers of Wednesday's incredible Herb Roasted Salmon. As for tonight, I'm not sure what I'm making although it could very well be reservations. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
A year ago - Nonna's Chicken Scallopini
Two years ago - Israeli Couscous Salad with Apples, Cranberries & Herbs
Three years ago - Chorizo Potato Tacos
Lovely looking salad - to go with a lovely looking kitchen and great room???? Yes, indeed! I made Sweet William fall in love all over again with me today - I made chicken and andouille jambalaya - just like I did the day I met him!

Nothing like a fabulous meal to re-inspire love and adoration. Chicken and andouille jambalaya - man, I'd go for that too!

Lorraine - it is so much brighter now that the "orange" is gone. Mark did a fabulous job and we couldn't be happier.
