Sorry, but I'm here to admit we had another dark day in JBug's Kitchen. Big Guy wasn't home for dinner last night and to top it off I collected on the massage and facial he gave me for Valentine's Day and came home feeling somewhat like a wet noodle crossed with a blithering idiot.
In case you're all wondering what's happening on the renovation frontlines in Oregon, the plumber has done his stuff at the new house in the kitchen and master bathroom; the electrician was scheduled for yesterday; the sheet rock's being done on Friday, and cabinets are being installed on Saturday; appliances are on order; countertops are in limbo. I can't decide on the granite. What can I say except it's hard to choose slabs when I'm here and it's there.
The fur kids and I only have another week left to complain about Tucson before we leave for the green grass, ocean breezes, and wrinkle reducing humidity of the Oregon coast. Am I excited? You be the judge.

Hey, Wet Noodle - glad you took a moment to spoil yourself with the perfect de-stressing thanks to the bestest Big Guy ever! I get ya with the picking the Granite thingie - It is really a major heavy type of purchase so you want to get that one right the first time - to be sure! Ahhh - one week - the excitement is almost unbearable - and I am not moving!

Lea - he is the bestest Big Guy ever and I loved my de-stressing day totally. As for excitement, it's kind of a double edged thing. I hate the thoughts of leaving my guy for so long and yet I'm excited about getting our new place in order. It's fun sharing it with you!
