PBJ on Toast

Bet you never expected to see that kind of a title coming from JBug's Kitchen but since I'm all about honesty, I can honestly admit that I had toast with peanut butter and raspberry jam for dinner last night; consequently, I've absolutely nothing to report today so after I walk the dogs we're all going back to bed to warm up under the quilts and enjoy another coffee together.

How's that for celebrating the start of a new week? Because I don't mind living vicariously through others, I would be interested to hear what all of you are up to today. Happy day everyone!

What a comforting supper - I'm just surprised you didn't put peas on that hehehehehehehe.
Not sure what I will cook - our Niece from Colombia arrived last night and she is even more picky than William - ahhhhhh well - I will figure it out.

Lea - believe me I thought about having creamed peas on toast but darned if I'm not outa' peas. LOL

Blueberry Lemon Bread Pudding Big Guy took me out for dinner last night because I didn't feel like cooking so the dogs and I talked him into it. Now this morning has flown by on wings as we set the stage for my S.O.'s departure for most of the week. Makin' Bacon - Revisited Way back in April I bragged about the fact the Big Guy and I were making our own side and back bacon because the price of the ready made stuff has skyrocketed and we're too darn cheap to pay it. Before we started, we did a lot of research to find the best methods and since then we've had a lot of practice.
