Not a good day

Sorry people - for some strange reason, the people who host my blog site once again decided to change something that worked fine before they changed it and now doesn't work at all. Consequently today's post will be delayed until they get their act together and/or I switch my account to another company. Please stay tuned for further developments.

Cuban Sandwich Friday night's finger food around here so it seemed like a great time to use up some of that wonderful citrus marinated roasted pork the big guy stored in the freezer from last weekend.
