That looks divine - and I am a true carnivore, also - that chicken is the perfect topper!!! You and Sweet William can enjoy your goat cheese while me and the Big Guy eat out chicken! Everybody will be happy!!!! I fed SW Sweet Peas and Whole Wheat Pasta Alfredo last night - hehehehe he does not really like pasta -and I found out he had pasta (but with tomato sauce) at work for lunch - hehehehe Heck - I had a craving - at least he had oven roasted crispy pork tidbits to go with it! Life is good!!!

Lea - sounds like William's becoming a pasta convert and not a minute too soon. The crispy pork tidbits have given me the envie!

I like the sub out of the dried cherries. What a great idea. I love that cookbook!

Lorraine - I absolutely love the cookbook too! Thanks so much for giving it to us - I think of you every time I use it (which is a lot) and of the evening you gave it to us. That was the weekend we bought this house!

This salad is absolutely delish. Great balance. People didn't even know they liked kale and raw kale at that! You can't go wrong making this salad, just double the dressing recipe.

It is a great salad and I agree...a little more dressing never hurt anyone. Thanks for your comment Norine and for being a JBug visitor.
