Thanks Sarah. It suits the sparse kitchen equipment we presently enjoy. LOL

Left over madness! Hope you are leaving plenty of leftovers in the freezer for the Big Guy. I am sure he will be missing your cooking for the next couple of months. There isn't a Trader Joes real close, but there are a couple of places that have pizza dough when you are not in the mood to make your own.

Big Guy's determined to finish all the aweful offal we have hiding in the freezer, including but not limited to beef cheeks and javalina. I'm not sure he'll miss me at all (ha...he'd better!)

Don't know why you don't like beef cheeks, and isn't javalina just like pig?

Lorraine - it's the texture of the former and the thought of the latter. Ha.
